American Pump Repair & Service, Inc. (APRS) was founded in 1989 by James B. Parks Jr. and remains family owned and operated today. In its first 15 years of business, APRS operated solely as a service and repair shop for water and wastewater equipment. Since 2004, APRS has transitioned into an organization capable of providing complete, end-to-end water and wastewater equipment solutions. This transition was made possible because APRS has formed partnerships with over 60 manufacturers to provide exclusive representation in the states of Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.
APRS continues to make strides to position itself as an industry leader. In addition to the over 60 unique product lines offered, APRS stays true to its service and repair roots by continuing to offer consulting services, repair services, and field services. This full-service, end-to-end engagement business model allows APRS to assist with projects in the engineering and design stage, as well as address maintenance and service needs for the life of the equipment. Having the ability to provide hands-on support to customers from equipment’s conception to expiration sets APRS apart from our competition.
